SHOP / BUILDER’S WORK DRAWINGS AND AS BUILT DRAWINGS
From the BIM Model we extract and provide Highly precise Shop Drawings / Good for Construction drawings which can be used on site for construction and installation. After actual construction, the shop will be converted to As built drawings which reflects actual site conditions. This will be done with the help of Red Line mark ups and product catalogues.
4D SIMULATIONS
Integration of a 3D digital model with time and schedule related information to 4D BIM Simulation in construction projects. This will help planning department to work effectively. Our inhouse team can complete this task with the help of Autodesk Navisworks
CLASH DETECTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS
Any building or asset have multiple services starting from Structure and Architecture to MEPF services. It is inevitable to have clashes between these services. BIM places crucial role to resolve and eliminate these clashes with the help of a powerful tool called Clash detection. It happens during digital phase which results in delivering clash free model before actual construction starts.
